About your trial 

When you first set up an Equali account, you will receive a 14-day free trial with access to most of the functionality offered to full subscription accounts. 

14-day period

Your 14-day free trial starts as soon as you sign up to Equali. The 14-day period ends exactly 14 days later at the same time that you signed up. 

Note: During your trial, the banner at the top of the Equali dashboard rounds down, so even if you're only a few minutes into your 14-day free trial, we'll show the number of days rounded down, e.g. 13 days for new trials. 

Trial Features

During your 14-day free trial, the following functionality is available:

• Standard dashboard access
• Integrations
• Automated reconciliation
• Settlement posting to your accounting system (automated and manual)
• Transaction view
• Transaction search
• Standard reporting
• Default settings
• Create up to 5 legal entities
• 1 month backfill
• Accountant access
• Unlimited seats

Trial Restrictions

The following features are not available during your 14-day free trial. All of these features require an active Premium subscription. This is a list of Premium features excluded from the 14-day free trial and is not an exhaustive list of excluded functionality (e.g. enterprise functionality):

• Custom reporting
• Custom reconciliation rules
• Flexible custom fields
• Customisable dashboards
• File upload
• Up to 12 months of backfill data
