Add a new user to your organisation

Details about how to add new users to your organisation

To add a new user to your organisation, such as a colleague or your accountant/auditor, please follow the below steps:

1) Click "More Support" at the top of this page.

2) Select "Add User" from the dropdown for Request Categories, and fill in the rest of the form. Please include the name, email address and company of your new user, including details of your relationship with them (e.g. colleague, accountant, auditor etc). 

3) When ready, submit the form. The Equali team will be in touch once your new user had been added.
