Amazon: Selecting a marketplace
Amazon provides access to multiple marketplaces. This guide explains how to set up your store for the correct marketplace.
Equali currently supports North American, European and select international Amazon marketplaces. Follow this guide to map your store to the correct marketplace.
Step 1 - Set up your legal entity (store) in Equali: Equali uses the country of the legal entity (store) to determine which Amazon marketplace to connect with (see "Supported Amazon marketplaces" below). To check which country your store is mapped to, go to the Settings -> My Subscription page. If your store is already mapped to the correct country for your Amazon marketplace, skip to step 3.
Step 2 - Creating/editing your legal entity: To update your existing store, click the edit button (pencil icon) next to the right legal entity. If you need to create a new store, click the "Add Legal Entity" button.
Step 3 - Connecting with Amazon: Once your legal entity has been set up correctly in the Equali dashboard, go to the Integrations page and follow the steps in this guide to connect your store.
