The FreeAgent customer discount applies to both annual and monthly subscription plans. That means every monthly subscription is 20% lower than the standard GBP pricing plan, and every annual subscription is 20% lower than the standard GBP pricing plan.
Annual subscriptions already have an annual discount applied, and FreeAgent customers can benefit from both the FreeAgent customer discount and the annual discount.
How to access the FreeAgent customer discount

Step 1: Firstly, make sure at least one of the legal entities in your organisation is connected to FreeAgent. You can check this by navigating to the "Integrations" page by using the navigation bar at the left side of the Equali dashboard. If any legal entity has a tick icon next to FreeAgent, you're connected. For more details on how to connect, click here.
- Step 2: At the top right of the Equali dashboard, click on your profile and select "My Plan" from the dropdown. You will then be shown details of your current plan, including the subscription plan name, payment frequency and next billing date.
- If you already have an active plan, you will see the green "Active" tag as shown below. If you are on a trial, you will see a blue "Trial" tag instead.

Step 3: Click the "Change Plan" button to see all plans. Because you are already connected with FreeAgent, you will be shown the exclusive pricing page for FreeAgent customers. This is made clear with the "FreeAgent Customer Discount" banner, as shown below.

Step 4: All prices shown are displayed in GBP with the discount already applied. The full discount percentage (rounded to 0dp) is shown in the green tag to the right of the headline price for each subscription plan.
- For monthly subscription plans, the FreeAgent customer discount is always 20%.
- For annual subscription plans, the FreeAgent customer discount combines both the FreeAgent customer discount and the annual customer discount. The FreeAgent customer discount is taken after the annual customer discount has been applied.
- Step 5: Once you have found your desired subscription, click on the "Subscribe" button". You will then be taken to the Shopify admin page to approve your subscription. Once approved, your subscription will be updated on the Equali dashboard on the "My Plan" page.
