FreeAgent: Bank transaction explanations

Bank transaction explanations are linked with a "Bank transaction" in FreeAgent. When posting to FreeAgent, your "Settlement" (the payout you receive from your payment provider, e.g. Shopify Payments, Stripe) is the "Bank transaction", and the rows shown in the "Settlement Posting Summary" popup in the Equali dashboard are the "Bank transaction explanations".

For instance, you may have one "Bank transaction explanation" for sales, another for refunds, another for fees and another for tax, meaning that four "Bank transaction explanations" would be posted to FreeAgent. You must pick a "Category" (Ledger Account ID in the Equali dashboard) for each of these before posting to FreeAgent.
