Managing your Equali subscription

Upgrading and managing your Equali subscription

Note: This article is for customers that are not Shopify merchants. If you are a Shopify merchant, please view this page for details on how to manage your Equali subscription.

To view your Equali subscription, visit the "My Subscription" page on the Equali dashboard. You can do this by clicking on your user profile at the top right of the dashboard. A dropdown menu will appear, which includes the "My Subscription" page. 

On the "My Subscription" page, you will be able to see Equali's subscription tiers and pricing, as well as your current subscription tier.

You can also manage your Equali subscription, saved payment method/s, view past payments and manage your account by clicking the links in your email from Paddle, our payment provider.
