Searching for a payment or order

Using our dashboard's search functionality

To search for a payment or order, use the search bar at the top right of the dashboard. Search looks for any of the following fields:

  • Company Reference 1
  • Company Reference 2
  • PSP Financial Entry ID
  • PSP Transaction ID

Once entered, your result/s will appear in a dropdown list. Click on the result you're looking for to navigate to the associated Transaction Details page.
