Settlement posting status
Find out more about the different settlement posting statuses and what to do if you see a failure.
The "Settlements" page lists all settlements processed by your payment providers. When posting to your accounting system, the "Posted" column in the settlement table will update.
Settlement posting statuses
- Not posted: If a settlement has not yet been automatically or manually posted to your accounting system, the "Posted" column in the settlements table will be empty, as shown below.

- Posted successfully: If a settlement has been posted to your accounting system successfully, the "Posted" column in the settlements table will show a green tick icon, as shown below.

- Unsuccessful posting: If there was an issue with your settlement posting (either automated or manual), the "Posted" column in the settlements table will show an orange exclamation mark icon, as shown below.
