How backfilled data works for Equali's Shopify integration
Equali takes the last month of data as backfill automatically when you sign up within 24 hours of signing up. Additional backfilled data is possible once you have subscribed based on your subscription type. This is handled on a case-by-case basis after your upgrade - please reach out to the Equali team to start this process.
Note: only data from Shopify Payments (associated payments, fees, tax and order data) is taken as part of the backfill process. Other gateways are not currently supported.
