Shopify: Connecting your store

Equali is a publicly listed app on the Shopify App Store. You must install the Equali Shopify app to connect your Shopify store to Equali. 

Step 1 - Shopify App Store: Go to the Shopify App Store. Search "Equali" in the search bar to pull up the Equali app listing or go directly to our listing here, then click the "Install" button. 

Step 2 - Select your plan from the Equali Dashboard: Once installed, you will be presented with Equali's subscription plan options from the Equali dashboard. Once you have found the right plan, click "Subscribe" and you will be taken to the Shopify Admin page. 

Step 3 - Start your trial: Shopify presents a confirmation screen for your chosen Equali subscription plan, details about the 14-day free trial, and pricing for your tier. Complete the required steps to start your trial.

Step 4 - Get started: Once your trial commences, you will receive a welcome email with details on how to get started. We will also sync your last month of data within a few minutes of your trial activating and future orders, payments and settlement data will be synced automatically every 15 minutes.
