Manage your Equali Subscription with Shopify
If you are not a Shopify merchant, visit this guide to find out how to manage your subscription with our payment provider, Paddle.
As a publicly listed app on the Shopify App Store, your subscription is managed by them.
You can select a subscription plan from the Equali dashboard on the "My Plan" page at any time, which can be found at the top right of the dashboard under your account name.
After selecting a subscription plan, you will be directed directed to the Shopify Admin page to approve either the payment, or the commencement of your 14-day free trial.
If you are a trial customer, we will automatically charge your payment method at the end of the trial period, as outlined on Shopify’s approval page and in our Subscription Terms & Conditions.
